Risk Management, IMA
Paul is a Risk Manager at IMA in Wichita, Kansas. He holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. His experience includes consulting with public and private entities on their risk management needs. He is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, American Society of Safety Engineers, and Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has also authored and co-authored papers published nationally and internationally. Paul has worked with KMIT since 1994, assisting member cities with improving their workplace safety performance through the implementation of policies and procedures, training, and site audits.
Risk Control, IMA
Chris is a graduate of Central Missouri State University. He works with a variety of accounts including manufacturing, construction, and provides safety consultation and coordinates loss control services for KMIT since 1996. Chris is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He is a frequent instructor at the IMA Training Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Risk Control Consultant/Training Coordinator, IMA Staff
Renee began with IMA in 1997 with the inception of the IMA Training Center. Renee works with a variety of accounts including manufacturing, construction, and provides safety consultation and loss control services to the Wichita Auto Dealers Self Insurance Fund and started working with the KMIT cities in 2003. Renee currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wichita Chapter of American Society for Training and Development.
Claims Adjuster, IMA Staff
Gene joined IMA in March, 2009. He brought with him 28 years of claim experience, including 9 years with USF&F and nine years with Fireman’s Fund. He has extensive workers’ compensation background and has handled claims from Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri. He is a graduate of Missouri State University with a B.S. in Agriculture. Gene has successfully completed several CPCU courses and has obtained the AIC designation
